Fees:

Entry fee is $5.00 for each individual event an athlete enters and $20.00 per relay team. No entry fee will be transferred or refunded. Late entry after deadline is $1.00 more for individual event and $4.00 more per relay. Make checks payable to LVs Cheetahs.

 

Admission: Adults-$4.00 Children 6-13-$3.00 Children-4-under free

 

Eligibility:

This meet is open to any USATF Member; and Non-USATF Members that falls within the age divisions listed below. Each Youth, Intermediate, Young Women-Men and Open athlete may enter in up to a maximum of 4 events including relays. Pee Wee, Bantam, Midget age brackets may only enter in 3 events including relays.

*1994 born on or before July 29 or still in High School may compete in Young

 

Open (19yrs-99yrs) 100m, 200m, 400m, 1600, LJ, TJ, JT SP, DT

 

All events will be run as FINALS No prelims.

 

Entry Process:

VIA Internet: coachoregistration.com. Start Date- May 7, 2013 (Clubs, and Unattached)

All entries must be submitted by May 30, 2013 late fee will apply thereafter.

 

Check-In Requirements:

A packet will be provided for each team and unattached consisting of team roster and events entered. A Team representative should pick up pack at entry gate between 7:00am- 8:00am Saturday June 2, 2012. No Team will receive packet if fees are not paid.

 

Awards:

All events will be awarded 1st, 2nd, 3rd, place medals and 4th, 5th, 6th, place ribbons.

Facility: Track is a 400m all weather track 8 lanes around oval and 8 lanes in the straightaway. 1/8&1/4 or smaller spikes allowed. No glass containers or alcoholic beverages are allowed in the facility. F.A.T system

 

Refreshments:

A full service concession stand will be provided, as well as hospitality area for officials.

 

Equipment:

Starting blocks will be provided. Throwers can use their own implements, Javelin throwers must bring own implements.
