Fees:

Entry fee is USATF Member is $5.00 for each individual event an athlete enters and $20.00 per relay team.  Non- USATF Member is $6.00 for each individual event an athlete enters and $24.00 per relay team.  No entry fee will be transferred or refunded.   Late entry after deadline $1.00 more for individual event and $4.00 more per relay.  Make checks payable to LV’s Cheetahs.

 

Admission: Adults-$4.00 Children 6-13-$3.00   Children-4-under free

 

Eligibility:

This meet is open to any USATF Member; and Non-USATF Members that falls within the age divisions listed below.  Each Youth, Intermediate, Young Women-Men and Open athlete may enter in up to a maximum of 4 events including relays.  Pee Wee, Bantam, Midget age brackets may only enter in 3 events including relays.

Check-In Requirements:

A packet will be provided for each team and unattached consisting of team roster and events entered.  A Team representative should pick up pack at entry gate between 7:00am- 8:00am Saturday June 5, 2010. No Team will receive packet if fees are not paid.

 

Awards:

All events will be awarded 1st, 2nd, 3rd, place medals and 4th, 5th, 6th, place ribbons.

Anyone desiring to help officiate at this meet please contact LaVon at unvvon2@aol.com   your assistance is greatly appreciated.

 

Facility:  Track is a 400m all weather track 8 lanes around oval and 8 lanes in the straightaway.  1/8&1/4 or smaller spikes allowed.  No glass containers or alcoholic beverages are allowed in the facility.

 

Refreshments:

A full service concession stand will be provided, as well as hospitality area for officials.

 

Equipment:

Starting blocks will be provided.  Throwers can use their own implements, Javelin throwers must bring own implements.

 

Airline travel:

Air travel directly to Chicago is provided by all major airlines.
