Eligibility:

This meet is open to any USATF Member; and Non-USATF Members that falls within the age divisions listed below. Each Youth, Intermediate, Young Women-Men and Open athlete may enter in up to a maximum of 4 events including relays. Pee Wee, Bantam, Midget age brackets may only enter in 3 events including relays.

Check-In Requirements:

A packet will be provided for each team and unattached consisting of team roster and events entered. A Team representative should pick up pack at entry gate between 7:00am- 8:00am Saturday May 31, 2008. No Team will receive packet if fees are not paid.

Awards:

All events will be awarded 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd, place medals and 4^th, 5^th, 6^th, place ribbons.

Age Divisions:

Age divisions are determined by year of birth. Listed below are the events that will take place in each age division:

Pee Wee (2000-Later) 100m, 200m, 400M, LJ, Turbo Javelin, 4x100

Bantam (1998-99) 100m,200m,400m,800m,1500m, 1500RW, T-Javelin, LJ, SP, HJ, 4x100, 4x400

Midget(1996-97) 100m,200m,400m,800m,1500m,3000m,1500RW,80H,LJ,SP,HJ,T-Javelin, 4x100,4x400

Youth(1994-95) 100m,200m,400m,800m,1500m,3000m,1500RW, 100LH, LJ,TJ,SP,DT,HJ,JT,4x100,4x400,4x800

Intermediate(1992-93) 100m,200m400m,800m,1500m,3000m,100HHand 110HH, LJ, TJ,HJ,DT,SP,JT, 4x100,4x400,4x800

Young(1990-91) 100m,200m,400m,800m,1500m,3000m,5000m(Men),100HH, 110HH, 4x100,4x400,4x800 LJ, TJ, HJ, JT, DT, SP

*1989 born after July 30 or still in High School may compete in Young

Open (1989-above) 100m, 200m, 400m, 1500m, LJ, 100H, 110H

Fees:

Entry fee is USATF Member is $6.00 for each individual event an athlete enters and $24.00 per relay team. Non- USATF Member is $7.00 for each individual event an athlete enters and $28.00 per relay team. No entry fee will be transferred or refunded. Late entries include $1.00 more for individual event and $4.00 more per relay. Make checks payable to LV’s Cheetahs.

Facility: Track is a 400m all weather track 8 lanes around oval and 8 lanes in the straightaway. 1/8&1/4 or smaller spikes allowed. No glass containers or alcoholic beverages are allowed in the facility.

Refreshments:

A full service concession stand will be provided, as well as hospitality area for officials.

Equipment:

Starting blocks will be provided. Throwers can use their own implements, Javelin throwers must bring own implements.

Airline travel:

Air travel directly to Chicago is provided by all major airlines.
